Jerry Lay, Senior Managing Director, leads FTI Technology’s Switzerland office. He is an investigations and technology expert with more than 15 years of experience leading significant matters and advising clients on enhancing compliance frameworks and functions. He helps clients navigate complex data challenges and provides expertise in applying technology solutions to deliver insights and effectively manage risk. Mr. Lay’s experience includes overseeing numerous high-profile investigations related to allegations of fraud and corruption, misappropriation of assets, conflict of interest, market manipulation and data theft. He holds a B.S., Business IT, University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Northwestern Switzerland.
