In recent years ltaly has invested a Iot on ICT projects for the judiciary to improve the efficiency of its justice system. This paper deals with the most important ICT projects and applications developed, with the strategy adopted, and with the critical issues encountered to path the difficult way towards judicial electronic data interchange and e-justice.
