Verordnungen zur Fernmeldeüberwachung: Vernehmlassung eröffnet
In its meeting of 22 March 2017, the Federal Council opened consultation procedures regarding the executive regulations implementing the Federal Mail and Telecommunications Monitoring Act of 18 March 2016 (BÜPF). As was already the case with the act itself, the executive regulation´s main objective is to inhibit offenders of withdrawing themselves from the prosecution authorities by means of new communication technology.
